How Project Viewer 365 works
With the Housatonic Project Viewer Web installed on a Windows server, users access the application via a web site link. The Project Viewer Server looks and feels the same as MS Project. Users can open their mpp files quickly, viewing project information in their browser.
View Project (MPP) files:
- From your external web site - add a live link to your mpp file using simple HTML tags and pass the Internet URL to our Project Web Server viewer
- From Your Device/Network
- From Dropbox
- From Google Drive
- From Box
- From Basecamp
- From your corporate intranet (SharePoint or other intranet app)
PC/Mac/iPad/Tablet Requirements
Any device – PC, iPad, Tablet – that supports a standard browser including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. No need for Active X or any other product installation on the client PC!
Web Server Requirements
Windows server, full .NET 4 Framework – works with or without SharePoint
